If for some reason your item is broken during shipment we will replace it immediately.

You are welcome to a refund if the item you have purchased has not met up to your expectations.

Any item that you are wanting a Refund for or an item needing to replaced, needs to be returned to us.

You do need to return the broken or defective item to us. Once it has been returned we will ship another one out to you.
